Rear-Mounted Auxiliary System with Fuel Transfer Pump
Premium rear-mounted auxiliary fuel system precision-engineered for the 2019+ Mercedes-Benz G-Class W463A (2.0L I4 / 3.0L I6 / 4.0L Twin-Turbo V8 Gas). Custom-contoured for the iconic G-Wagon rear geometry, it seamlessly expands total gasoline capacity from 100L to 175L. Equipped with an integrated high-flow transfer pump and dedicated cabin switch, it delivers fuel safely on demand into the primary tank while remaining 100% isolated from Mercedes’ sensitive CAN-bus and EVAP systems for a guaranteed codes-free overland upgrade.
Gauge Behavior: The factory Mercedes-Benz fuel gauge continues to read the 100% OEM primary tank level accurately. When the auxiliary transfer pump is activated via the cabin control, fuel is pumped into the primary tank, causing the factory gauge needle and Distance to Empty (DTE) readout to smoothly rise or stay sustained. Low-fuel warnings operate normally with a physical reserve of approx. 18L remaining in the primary tank.
