01/ Return Policy
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Customized or special-order items are final sale and non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@fkoffroad.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
02/ Fitment Guarantee
We are confident in our product data and are here to ensure a correct fit for your vehicle. Our fitment guarantee protects you in the rare case of a compatibility error on our part.
Guarantee Scope
If our support team has formally confirmed in writing that a product is compatible with your vehicle (based on VIN, vehicle model photos, chassis pictures, or other provided information), and it subsequently fails to install as a direct OEM replacement through no fault of installation, we will resolve the issue.
Our Commitment
For products confirmed to have a verified fitment issue under the above conditions, we will cover the cost of returning the product to us and process an appropriate resolution, which may include a full or partial refund, or product exchange.
03/ Warranty Coverage
At FUKEN, we stand behind our tactical engineering and offer the following concrete warranty terms:
Skid Plates
Lifetime WarrantyAgainst material and manufacturing defects, provided there is no damage caused by external impact.
Fuel Tanks
3-Year / Lifetime3-year warranty on the tank body (under the condition of no damage caused by human impact).
Lifetime warranty on all fuel lines included with our tanks.
Ford Bronco Series
1-Year WarrantyAgainst defects in materials and workmanship under standard operational conditions.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or external impacts.
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or modification.
- Normal wear and tear or superficial finish degradation.
- Damage caused by extreme off-road conditions beyond normal usage.
04/ Shipping Damage
To ensure any transit-related issues are resolved fairly and efficiently, documented proof is mandatory.
Mandatory Video Evidence
We require that you record a clear, continuous video during the entire unboxing process. Claims cannot be processed without this verified evidence.
Inspection Protocol
- Upon Delivery: Check the external crate. For severe damage, you have the right to refuse the shipment and note it on the receipt.
- Unboxing Video Checklist: Must show the condition of the external crate, an unbroken continuous recording, and a 360-degree view of the product.
- If Damage is Found: Email us immediately with your order number, the video, and clear high-res photos.
Claim Assessment
Superficial Damage: Minor scratches or abrasions that do not affect functionality are not eligible for compensation.
Functional Damage: For verified structural damage caused by transit (e.g., tank cracking, severe deformation preventing installation), we will cover all associated costs for return or exchange.
