Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Fuken Offroad, our mission is to deliver heavy-duty, premium off-road protection systems (such as skid plates and extended fuel tanks) directly from our manufacturing facility to your door.

To safely transport these oversized and heavy items while keeping shipping costs manageable for our customers, all orders are fulfilled via Specialized International  Ocean Freight.

Estimated Transit Times (Please Read Carefully)

Due to the extreme big of our products and the complexities of international consolidated freight, our standard delivery timeline is 45 to 65 days from the date of your order.

The Journey of Your Order:

  • Week 1 (Order Processing): Your custom armor is prepared, inspected, and transported from our factory to the international departure port.

  • Weeks 2–6 (Ocean Transit & Customs): The shipment travels overseas and undergoes  Customs clearance.

  • Weeks 7–9 (Domestic LTL Delivery): Once cleared, the container is unpacked at our U.S. logistics hub, and your individual order is handed over to a domestic carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or specialized LTL truck) for final delivery to your address.

Please Note: Deliveries to the Midwest, rural areas, or locations far from major coastal ports may require the full 60-65 days (or slightly longer) due to domestic truck routing schedules.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our freight forwarder in China, you will receive a tracking number that can be used on https://www.17track.net/en

Important Information:
Your shipment is transported via international ocean freight. Tracking updates may be limited during the initial transit period while the cargo is at sea.

Tracking details will gradually update as the shipment reaches key logistics checkpoints and after customs clearance in the destination country.

Please rest assured that your order is in transit during this period even if updates are infrequent.

Receiving Your Shipment

For very large items (like full skid plate kits or large fuel tanks), the final delivery may be handled by an LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier. In these cases, the carrier may contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment.

Shipping Damage

We package our steel and aluminum products meticulously to withstand long journeys. However, if your package arrives with severe structural damage:

  1. Please note the damage with the delivery driver (if applicable).

  2. Contact us at support@fkoffroad.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself so we can assist you with a claim.
