Heavy-duty high-capacity replacement main tank precision-engineered for the 2019+ Jeep Gladiator JT (3.6L Pentastar V6 Gas). Custom-molded to maximize underbody fuel storage on the JT chassis without compromising off-road ground clearance or breakover angles, it expands fuel capacity from the 83L OEM tank to a massive 130L. It seamlessly integrates with Jeep’s factory fuel sender unit, primary pump, and EVAP emissions system for a 100% codes-free, trail-ready overland upgrade.
Gauge Behavior: The OEM fuel gauge will continue to function normally using the factory fuel level sensor with no firmware update required. However, the estimated driving range / Distance to Empty (DTE) shown on the dashboard relies on Jeep's original ECU calculation logic and will not automatically recalibrate for the larger 130L capacity. While actual driving range is significantly increased (+47L / 270km-370km+), the displayed DTE may not fully reflect the additional range. When the low-fuel warning triggers, the 130L tank will hold a substantially larger usable physical fuel reserve than stock.
