Premium high-capacity replacement tank precision-engineered for the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited 4-Door (2.0L Turbo I4 Gas). Custom-molded to maximize underbody fuel capacity on the 4-door chassis without compromising ground clearance or breakover angles. It directly replaces the 81L OEM tank to expand total capacity to 118L while 100% retaining Jeep's factory fuel sender, primary pump, and EVAP emissions system for a reliable, codes-free overland upgrade.
Gauge Behavior: The factory fuel gauge remains fully functional, reading smoothly across the expanded 118L capacity. Due to the larger volume, the gauge needle will dwell longer at the "Full" position and decline more gradually than stock. When the low-fuel warning triggers, a physical reserve of approx. 18L remains in the tank. Distance to Empty (DTE) is dynamically calculated by Jeep's computer based on real-time consumption, providing a dependable 110km - 140km+ safety buffer for remote trails.
