Premium high-capacity primary tank upgrade for 2022+ Toyota Land Cruiser 300 (3.5TT / 4.0L Gas) equipped with factory dual fuel tanks. Precision-engineered to replace the 80L factory main tank with an upgraded 110L capacity, expanding total onboard fuel to 140L when paired with the OEM 30L sub-tank. It integrates seamlessly with Toyota’s factory dual-tank transfer management, sensors, and EVAP systems, delivering a 100% codes-free, OEM-level long-range touring solution.
Gauge Behavior: The factory dual-tank gauge and transfer system remain 100% functional. The upgraded 110L primary tank causes the main fuel section to decline more gradually than the OEM setup. When the low-fuel warning triggers on the main tank, a physical reserve of approx. 17L remains. Distance to Empty (DTE) is dynamically calculated by Toyota’s ECU based on real-time consumption across both tanks, providing a reliable 120km - 140km+ safety buffer once the warning activates.
