Auxiliary Siphon Transfer
Full-automatic siphon system. Fuel is seamlessly transferred from the auxiliary tank to the main tank via the factory venturi effect, requiring no manual switches or auxiliary pumps.
Gauge Behavior: The factory gauge reflects the combined capacity. Initial gauge segments represent auxiliary fuel; once consumed, the gauge tracks the remaining factory tank. Your Range (DTE) may stabilize or temporarily increase during transfer as the system replenishes the main tank.

Fuel Pump Integration
To enable proper integration of the auxiliary fuel tank, a dedicated siphon valve is installed onto the factory fuel pump assembly.
This process involves a localized modification to the OEM fuel pump housing to accommodate the siphon interface, followed by installation of a precision-machined aluminum siphon valve.
The modification is limited to the fuel pump assembly only. No vehicle chassis, body structure, or electrical systems are altered. Once installed, the factory fuel pump retains its original sealing, operation, and reliability characteristics.
