RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day return request period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and uninstalled.
• Be in original condition and packaging.
• Include all supplied hardware, components, manuals, and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact support@fkoffroad.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Vehicle-Specific Products
Many of our products are designed for specific vehicle models, trim levels, engine configurations, and production years.
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before placing an order. We strongly recommend contacting our team prior to purchase if there is any uncertainty regarding fitment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Installed, modified, or used products.
• Products that have been filled with fuel, fluids, or otherwise exposed to operational use.
• Custom-made or special-order products.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Gift cards.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges, freight charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other transportation-related expenses are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Ocean Freight Deliveries
Many FK products are shipped via international ocean freight.
Transit times may range from 40–65 business days and include export processing, freight consolidation, ocean transportation, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these shipping conditions.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
